Please read the information below before shopping with us. Thank you in advance for being interested in purchasing Wanshu Li’s jewellery. 

 

Shipping Service:

 

• Free UK shipment via Royal MailSigned For® 2nd Class shipping service. The parcel will be delivered between 2-3 working days. 
• International Shipment costs approximately £9.80 for Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed shipping service. The parcel will be delivered between 5-7 working days.

 

UK Standard/Express and International Shipping can be selected at checkout multiplying the total cost of shipping for ALL products.

 

Delivery times and costs for non-standard (eg, heavy, valuable), Made to Order and Private Commissions items will vary. Please check the individual product pages for these details. 

 

We will confirm receipt of your order and will notify you when they despatch your product(s), and we will be in touch again to confirm receipt of your order.

 

International delivery

Delivery costs are worked out according to the product’s size and weight, as well as the destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any import charges/duties that may be incurred and must comply with any local regulations.

 

Returns and Refunds

Although we know you will love your purchase we also understand that you may wish to return an item and seek a refund. If this is the case you need to contact the designer maker directly in writing no longer than 30 days after the date on which you received the item. 

 

Please note we will only accept the return of items if sent back in original unused condition within 30 working days of receiving the products.

 

Please include your name and address within the package and use an insured method of despatch with proof of posting, as we cannot accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

 

Please note that refunds do not apply to items, which have been Commissioned or Made to Order. 

 

Please also note that International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community.
