HOW DO WE DELIVERY YOUR ORDER?
We offer worldwide delivery by tracked/signed postal service.
For orders under £95 or orders outside the UK we offer the following flat rate fees, for delivery by tracked or tracked and signed postal service:
UK - Free Delivery
If you would like your items faster, please contact us (email@example.com) to arrange delivery by DHL/UPS (extra fee). Once we received your request, an invoice including the total fees will be sent to you.
We will dispatch your order within 3 to 5 working days by Royal Mail tracked/signed for service, whichever is the fastest and safest available for your country.
A confirmation notice with order tracking is sent out automatically once the order has been dispatched.
Made to order items are created on demands especially for you in our and take on average 2 to 3 weeks before shipping. Once size and colours have been confirmed, we will provide a more accurate shipping date estimate.

International signed and tracked delivery may tracks parcels up until the point that they leave the UK. Further tracking will be available on the national postal website https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/.
Please note that postal services have different rules in different countries, and we are subject to those. Should you miss your delivery and fail to pick up your parcel within the timeframe set by your local postal service, and should the package be destroyed, lost or returned to us, we are not liable for the loss of the products or any additional costs incurred.
You are responsible to ensure the delivery address you use is valid and complete. Should you provide an incorrect or incomplete address resulting in delays or loss, there is no liability on us for delays or losses.
Should a package be returned to us because you failed to collect it within the timeframe set by the local postal service, upon satisfactory inspection you will be able to request that it is sent you again by paying for the new postage or to request a store credit.
In the UK, Royal Mail will keep a package for 18 days from the first attempt of delivery, and it is your responsibility to collect it within the given timeframe.
All prices are in pound sterling. If you are paying with a non-UK credit or debit card, please check with your card issuer for conversion rates and any charges you may incur on foreign currency. Refunds will be issued in pound sterling, but please be aware that conversion rates may differ from the time of the original transaction.
For orders outside the UK and European Union, duties and taxes may be charged once the parcel has reached its destination country and the recipient will be liable for these costs. You can check duties and taxes with your local customs office.
For orders outside the UK and EU your parcel could be subject to customs delays.
